Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager / Technical Delivery Manager who can independently lead complex technology initiatives involving software engineering, cloud, data and AI. This is not a traditional PMO role. The successful candidate should be technically comfortable enough to understand cloud architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, environments, dependencies and engineering challenges while owning program execution and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives.

• Create and manage integrated project and program plans.

• Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.

• Coordinate engineering, architecture, product and business teams.

• Drive execution across multiple parallel workstreams.

• Facilitate technical and business decision-making.

• Understand cloud environments and deployment dependencies.

• Track environment readiness, integration dependencies and release constraints.

• Identify delivery risks early and drive corrective actions.

• Manage customer and senior stakeholder communication.

• Drive requirements clarity and Definition of Done.

• Maintain delivery trackers and program governance.

• Ensure technical dependencies and architecture decisions are resolved on time.

• Coordinate releases, readiness and deployment activities.

• Support customer discovery, workshops and solution planning.

• Manage POCs and rapid solution initiatives where required.

• Improve delivery processes without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in technology delivery / program management.

• Experience leading software engineering programs.

• Strong understanding of Agile delivery.

• Practical exposure to cloud-based programs using Azure, AWS or GCP.

• Ability to understand cloud environments, application architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, infrastructure dependencies and the development/deployment lifecycle.

• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD concepts.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

• Strong risk and dependency management.

• Experience managing multiple workstreams.

• Strong ownership and escalation management.
