Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Project Manager with a strong blend of Project Management (60%) and Technical Leadership (40%).
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end ServiceNow FSM initiatives, driving project execution, stakeholder management, solution design, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise-scale implementations.
Professional Skills Required:
10+ years of overall IT experience with ServiceNow delivery leadership.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) and EAM.
Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementation programs.
Ability to provide architectural guidance, solution design, and technical oversight.
Manage project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risks, and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Experience working with geographically distributed teams and customer stakeholders.
