SAP HR / Dayforce Integration Consultant

Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HR / Dayforce Integration Consultant to provide advisory support for resolving organizational data integration issues between Dayforce (Ceridian) and SAP HR.

The consultant will assess the existing integration, troubleshoot data synchronization problems, identify root causes, and recommend a sustainable solution to ensure accurate organizational and employee data flows between Dayforce and SAP. The engagement is expected to be a short-term consulting assignment lasting a few days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review the current Dayforce-to-SAP HR integration design and architecture.
• Analyze organizational structure and employee master data synchronization issues.
• Troubleshoot interface failures impacting downstream SAP applications.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide guidance on SAP HR organizational management and integration best practices.
• Validate data mappings, reporting relationships, and manager assignments.
• Collaborate with HRIS, SAP, and business stakeholders during assessment and solution planning.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with SAP HR/HCM Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA).
• Hands-on experience with Dayforce (Ceridian) integrations.
• Expertise in SAP HR interfaces, middleware, and data integration.
• Knowledge of organizational structures, reporting hierarchies, and employee master data.
• Experience troubleshooting SAP HR integration issues with third-party HR systems.
• Ability to analyze existing interfaces and recommend scalable solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience integrating Dayforce with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA HCM.
• Knowledge of SAP IDocs, BAPIs, ALE/EDI, or SAP integration technologies.
• Familiarity with applications such as SAP Concur, SAP CATS (Time Recording), and ReadSoft.
• Experience working in HRIS transformation or migration projects.
