• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Controlling (CO) modules.
• Collaborate with and direct developers on your design if the solution cannot be fully accomplished via the IMG.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Review and approve QA test plans, ensuring all possible scenarios are tested. Support QA testing as needed.
• Collaborate with the SAP Security team to ensure proper authorizations are built for your designed solution.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FICO solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP FICO functionalities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP FICO processes and solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with SAP FICO best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of four (4) years of SAP configuration experience.
• Knowledge of ABAP language and debugger.
• Expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with S/4 HANA, Native HANA, Fiori, SLT, ODATA-based web services, and SAP cloud platform.
• Pharmacy Benefit Management experience/knowledge.
