Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to provide SAP BASIS, Database Administration, and SAP system support in an SAP IS-U environment for North American clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Basis, SAP HANA, S/4HANA, SAP Security, and Fiori administration, along with implementation and support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer SAP BASIS/NetWeaver, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP Security, SAP Fiori, BTP, Datasphere Integration, BDC, and SAC.
• Perform SAP HANA OS and database installations.
• Handle SAP implementations, rollouts, technical upgrades, EHP upgrades, database upgrades, and OS/DB migrations to HANA.
• Design system architecture, sizing, support procedures, and system strategies.
• Manage SAP Security and Fiori security configurations.
• Support SAP HANA replication, disaster recovery, monitoring, performance management, and incident management.
• Implement and support SAP GRC projects and NetWeaver administration.
• Configure STMS, transport management, background jobs, spool administration, client maintenance, system copies, support packs, kernel patches, add-on installations, and SNOTE corrections.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and development teams to ensure successful SAP solutions delivery.
• Troubleshoot and manage SAP configuration dependencies across multiple modules.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• 7+ years of SAP BASIS experience in implementation and support projects.
• Experience working with SAP HANA Database.
• Minimum 3+ years of SAP HANA database environment experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP HANA, Fiori, Security, and Solution Manager.
• 2+ years of experience in SAP BTP, BDC/SAC, and Datasphere Integration.

Preferred Skills

• SAP BASIS, GRC, HANA, or S/4HANA certifications.
• Experience in SAP implementation and support projects.
• Knowledge of SAP IS-Utilities (IS-U).
• Knowledge of SAP RIS
