Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer to design, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions focused on Field Service Management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce platform development, particularly with FSL, and a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions to support field operations.

• Customize and extend Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Flows, and APIs.

• Develop and configure Service Territories, Work Orders, Scheduling Policies, Service Resources, Skills, and Dispatcher Console in FSL.

• Integrate Salesforce FSL with third-party applications and systems (ERP, mobile apps, etc.).

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable FSL solutions.

• Ensure system security, data integrity, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

• Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, and provide end-user support as needed.

• Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, architects, and QA teams for smooth project delivery.

Professional Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 9+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 1–2 years in Field Service Lightning (FSL).

• Hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.

• Strong understanding of FSL data model, Service Appointments, Work Orders, Scheduling Optimization, Service Territories, and Mobile app configuration.

• Experience with Salesforce APIs, Web Services, REST/SOAP integrations.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Developer II or FSL Consultant certification preferred.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
