Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Consultant to support enterprise-level identity and access management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tools such as Ping SSO, Saviynt, and CyberArk, and be capable of leading IAM design, documentation, and migration activities across hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Document identity flows and access control patterns using Ping SSO, Saviynt, and CyberArk

• Create reusable IAM architecture templates and decision trees

• Define migration-specific considerations for Active Directory, IAM roles, and federated access

• Coach technical teams on IAM best practices during migrations

• Align implementations with enterprise IAM standards and compliance requirements.

Professional Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Ping SSO, Saviynt, CyberArk, and Active Directory.

• Strong understanding of IAM principles such as authentication, authorization, role-based access control (RBAC), and federation.

• Experience with identity lifecycle management, role engineering, and policy development.

• Ability to create clear documentation, diagrams, and architectural guidance.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in compliance-driven environments (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.
