Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineering Lead who can lead engineering teams building modern enterprise applications, portals, APIs and cloud-based solutions. This is a technical leadership role and requires someone who continues to work closely with code, architecture, debugging and implementation. The ideal candidate should be able to translate architecture into working software while establishing strong engineering standards across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack engineering across frontend, backend, APIs and cloud services.

• Convert architecture and requirements into practical engineering designs.

• Work hands-on with engineering teams on complex technical problems.

• Lead development using modern frontend and backend frameworks.

• Design and build cloud-hosted applications and use managed services for compute, data, messaging, security and monitoring.

• Establish coding standards, engineering patterns and best practices.

• Conduct code and design reviews and mentor engineers.

• Design and implement reusable services, APIs and application components.

• Resolve complex application and production issues.

• Establish automated testing and quality engineering practices.

• Implement CI/CD and modern development workflows.

• Improve application performance, scalability and reliability.

• Work closely with architects, product teams and technical program managers.

• Lead rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts and help transition successful prototypes into production-grade applications.

• Participate in customer technical discussions and solution workshops.

• Introduce AI-assisted development practices where appropriate.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on React, TypeScript and JavaScript experience.

• .NET/C# and/or Python backend engineering.

• REST APIs, microservices and SQL databases.

• Practical experience with Azure, AWS or GCP, including application deployment and troubleshooting.

• Authentication, authorization and enterprise integrations.

• Git, CI/CD pipelines and Docker/containers.

• Automated testing and application security.

• Performance troubleshooting, logging and monitoring.

• Strong code and design review experience.

• Recent hands-on coding experience.

Preferred / Additional Exposure

• LLM APIs, RAG, AI agents and tool/function calling.

• LangChain / LangGraph.

• Azure AI, AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI.

• GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor or similar AI engineering tools.

Deep AI expertise is not mandatory. Strong software engineering and cloud fundamentals, technical curiosity and the ability to learn emerging technologies are more important.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role. Candidates should be comfortable moving between architecture, coding, debugging, mentoring and customer-facing technical discussions.
