We are seeking a senior Engagement Manager with strong consulting experience in Marketing Technology, Digital Commerce, and Retail transformation. The candidate will lead a large enterprise digital transformation program and work closely with client executives, Adobe, and global delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead overall engagement and program delivery.
Manage executive client relationships and governance.
Coordinate multiple technology and business workstreams.
Manage program risks, financials, vendors, and dependencies.
Lead global onsite/offshore teams.
Present program status and recommendations to executives.
Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of Engagement Management / Consulting experience.
7+ years leading enterprise digital transformation programs.
Strong Marketing Technology / MarTech experience.
Strong Digital Commerce / Ecommerce experience.
Strong Retail industry experience.
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud / AEM.
Experience with Customer Experience, Content Management, Analytics, CDP, and Personalization.
Experience with ecommerce platforms, PIM, Headless Commerce, and Omnichannel solutions.
Strong executive and C-level stakeholder management.
Experience managing global teams and multiple workstreams.
Experience managing large, multi-million-dollar programs.
Strong financial, commercial, vendor, and program governance experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
