Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Claude AI Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using Anthropic’s Claude language models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build conversational interfaces, automate tasks, and integrate Claude into our enterprise platforms and products. A strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and ethical AI principles is essential.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications and services powered by Claude AI models.

• Fine-tune and optimize prompts to deliver high-quality responses aligned with business objectives.

• Integrate Claude into internal tools, customer-facing applications, and chatbots.

• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to deploy safe and effective AI systems.

• Build reusable components for Claude-based applications (e.g., chat interfaces, knowledge bots).

• Implement fallback strategies, content filters, and monitoring tools to ensure reliable performance.

• Stay current with updates to Claude models, API capabilities, and Anthropic’s best practices.

• Document design decisions, architecture, and prompt strategies for internal stakeholders.

Professional Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience working with AI/ML technologies; 1+ year with large language models (LLMs).

• Hands-on experience with Claude AI via Anthropic’s API.

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and LLM use cases.

• Proficient in Python or JavaScript; experience with frameworks like LangChain is a plus.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating LLMs into applications or pipelines.

• Knowledge of ethical AI, safety alignment, and bias mitigation techniques.
