Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect Analyst to design, evaluate, and improve system architectures in alignment with business goals. This role serves as a critical bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring robust, scalable, and future-proof solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into architectural requirements.

• Design, develop, and maintain system architecture models, diagrams, and documentation.

• Evaluate current systems to identify areas for improvement or enhancement.

• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, business analysts, and project managers.

• Recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks based on technical feasibility and business needs.

• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.

• Support in decision-making by providing architectural input during project planning and development.

• Perform risk analysis and ensure architecture decisions address security, scalability, and performance.

• Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives and technology evaluations.

• Maintain architectural documentation and provide mentorship to junior team members.

Professional Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Proven experience (5+ years) in architecture, systems analysis, or enterprise IT roles.

• Strong understanding of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), microservices, and APIs.

• Proficiency in modelling tools like ArchiMate, Sparx EA, or Visio.

• Knowledge of database architecture, application development, and security practices.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to align technical solutions with business strategies
