Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Enterprise Solution Architect to design secure, scalable, resilient, and maintainable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate combines strong system-design depth with practical engineering experience and can guide teams across application, data, integration, identity, security, and cloud decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture and system design for modern enterprise applications.
• Define application boundaries, APIs, service patterns, data flows, integration patterns, identity, observability, and deployment architecture.
• Evaluate technology options objectively across performance, scalability, security, maintainability, portability, and total cost of ownership.
• Define non-functional requirements including availability, scalability, resilience, performance, security, auditability, and disaster recovery.
• Guide engineering teams on architectural patterns, coding standards, design reviews, and technical trade-offs.
• Partner with cloud/DevOps teams on hosting, networking, containerization, CI/CD, monitoring, and operational readiness.
• Review integration approaches for ERP, CRM, SaaS, legacy, and external systems using APIs, messaging, and event-driven patterns.
• Remain hands-on enough to validate critical technical decisions through prototypes, code reviews, and technical spikes.

Required Experience & Skills

• 12-15+ years of software engineering experience with significant architecture responsibility.
• Strong system-design experience for large-scale web or enterprise applications.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, REST APIs, asynchronous messaging, integration patterns, identity and access management, and relational databases.
• Strong experience with Azure or another major cloud platform and container-based deployment patterns.
• Strong knowledge of either C#/.NET or Java/Spring ecosystems, with the ability to evaluate technologies independently of language preference.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server/Azure SQL, or comparable relational database platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical trade-offs to both engineering and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React/Next.js, API Management, Service Bus/Kafka, Redis, Blob/Object Storage, Key Vault/secrets management, and observability platforms.
• Experience designing external-user identity, SSO, OIDC/OAuth2, MFA, and role-based access models.
• Cloud or architecture certifications are a plus.
