Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP EHS Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Environment, Health & Safety (EHS). The consultant will be responsible for SAP EHS implementation, configuration, integration, support, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP EHS solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP EHS functional solutions.
• Work on SAP EHS Product Safety, Product Compliance, Dangerous Goods, Occupational Health & Safety, Incident Management, Waste Management, and Environment Management.
• Configure SAP EHS master data, specifications, phrases, characteristics, and related objects.
• Support integration with SAP S/4HANA, MM, SD, PP, QM, and other relevant SAP modules.
• Perform requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Troubleshoot SAP EHS issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Prepare functional documentation and user training materials.
• Work closely with business users, project teams, and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of strong SAP EHS experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP EHS implementation, configuration, and support.
• Strong understanding of SAP EHS business processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EHS is preferred.
• Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, and QM.
• Strong experience with SAP EHS master data and configuration.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP EHS certification is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP Product Compliance / Product Safety.
• Experience with Dangerous Goods Management.
• Experience in Occupational Health & Safety and Incident Management.
• Exposure to SAP EHS migration, upgrades, and S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Experience working on global SAP implementation and support projects.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
