Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Lead with deep expertise in Field Service Management (FSM), EAM and proven experience delivering multiple implementations. The candidate will lead technical design, development, configuration, and deployment activities while providing guidance to the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong hands-on development expertise.
• Minimum 2–3 end-to-end ServiceNow FSM implementations.
• Expertise in: 
• Work Order Management
• Scheduling & Dispatching
• Dispatcher Workspace
• Agent Mobile Application
• Asset & Inventory Management
• Flow Designer and Integrations
• Ability to lead technical workshops and solution discussions with customers.
• Strong development skills including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience in code reviews, technical documentation, and best practices implementation.

Mandatory Certification

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-FSM)

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA
• ServiceNow CAD
• ITIL v4 Foundation

Both roles require strong communication skills, customer-facing experience, and the ability to drive successful ServiceNow FSM and EAM implementation and transformation programs.
