Accounts Executive – Roles and Responsibilities
- Minimum experience 3 to 5 Years into US Accounting.
- A good understanding of US Accounting Minimum 3 Year experience into Quick books, AR&AP (Accounts Receivable and Payable)
- Verify and approve timesheets, generate and send accurate billing to customers on a timely basis.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and implement a collections process.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues and handle customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
- Process vendor Invoices and ensure accurate coding and approval, reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and build positive vendor relationships.
- Manage employee expense reports, review receipts, and process reimbursements
- Follow up for employee time sheets for the payroll and billing purpose.
- Employees query over call and email related to Payroll, Expenses and Timesheet.
- Prepare /review dashboard report, financial statement, cashflow forecasting, and controllers report.
- Experienced in the complete MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel experience (PivotTables, V-Lookups, and complex formulas)
- Ability and desire to problem solve, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Required to exhibit exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Should be highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
- Willing to work in EST timings and commute on his own.
