Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM US Payroll Consultant with strong knowledge of US Payroll, PCR, and Schema writing. The candidate should have experience in payroll configuration, payroll tax processing, payroll interfaces, and production support. Knowledge of BSI, TUBS, and ADP Quarterly File Testing is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP HCM US Payroll.
• Develop and maintain PCRs and Payroll Schemas.
• Support payroll processing and resolve payroll-related issues.
• Work with BSI and TUBS for payroll tax processing.
• Perform payroll testing and support production activities.
• Support payroll interfaces with third-party systems.
• Prepare functional documentation and work with technical teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements.

Professional Skills:

• Experience in SAP HCM US Payroll.
• Strong expertise in PCR and Schema writing (Mandatory).
• Good knowledge of BSI and TUBS.
• Experience in ADP Quarterly File Testing is an advantage.
• Understanding of payroll interfaces.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in the night shift (up to 1:30 AM IST).
