Job Description:

We are seeking an SAP RE-FX Consultant with expertise in the Real Estate module. Ideal candidates should have 5-10 years of experience, with those having over 10 years being highly welcomed.

Key responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) modules.

Set up contracts, lease-out/lease-in agreements, real estate objects (land, building, rental units), and valuation processes.

Configure real estate master data, posting parameters, and integration with FI, CO, and Asset Accounting.

Integration Management

Manage seamless integration of RE-FX with SAP FI/CO, AA, PM, and PS modules.

Coordinate data exchange and reconciliation between RE-FX and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).

Support migration activities from legacy real estate systems to SAP.

Professional Skills:

Knowledge of lease accounting with IFRS16 compliance

Experience with ECC or S4 Hana cloud is beneficial, although we are currently on-premise

Familiarity with machinery, land, and building leases, including interest and depreciation posting

Working knowledge of lease integration with the SAP FICO module

Experience in data migration related to leases User training knowledge on accrual posting, lease posting, and lease modification and termination
