Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Technical Consultant to support and enhance our NFCS Commissions platform. The ideal candidate will lead run support activities, serve as the first line of technical support for the offshore team, and act as a liaison between client IT leads and delivery teams. This role demands a strong technical foundation, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate across global teams to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate run support efforts for the NFCS Commissions platform.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for offshore teams, providing direction, guidance, and technical clarity.

• Collaborate closely with client SMEs and IT stakeholders to resolve issues, validate changes, and ensure smooth delivery.

• Troubleshoot and respond to incidents related to data jobs, mappings, and commissions logic.

• Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and impact assessment on complex issues.

• Provide recommendations and implement performance tuning and process stabilization improvements.

• Support and contribute to platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Working knowledge of SAP BW, HANA, and data modeling concepts is a plus.

• This is a client-facing role requiring local presence in Columbus, OH.

• The candidate should be comfortable functioning as both a technical contributor and a team coordinator.
