Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Sitecore Engineer to lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-grade web platforms using Sitecore XP 10.4 and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Sitecore implementation (v9.0 and above), Sitecore Xperience Analytics, EXM, and SOLR Search, following Helix design patterns and Sitecore best practices.The role requires a technically proficient engineer capable of managing end-to-end Sitecore solutions, including upgrades, analytics integration, performance tuning, and personalization features, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute Sitecore XP 10.4 implementation, configuration, and upgrade projects.

• Build, configure, and optimize SOLR Cloud search infrastructure for multi-site and multilingual environments.

• Configure and manage Sitecore Analytics DB, xDB/xConnect, and EXM (Email Experience Manager) for campaign management and tracking.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and client teams to enhance personalization and marketing automation using Sitecore’s digital marketing capabilities.

• Develop and maintain custom modules, templates, and pipelines adhering to Helix and Habitat principles.

• Implement performance optimization, caching, and tuning strategies to ensure scalability and responsiveness.

• Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems such as CRMs, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

• Manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure deployment using Azure DevOps and Git.

• Conduct code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams.

• Stay current with Sitecore innovations and recommend improvements aligned with best practices.

Professional Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Sitecore development and production web application deployment.

• Strong expertise in Sitecore XP 9.0 – 10.4, EXM, SOLR Search, and Sitecore Analytics (personalization and tracking).

• Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and C# for backend development.

• Solid understanding of Helix architecture, object-oriented design patterns, and modular development.

• Experience in Sitecore upgrade projects and migrating legacy environments to XP 10+.

• Hands-on with Azure DevOps, Git/GitFlow, and CI/CD implementation.

• Strong grasp of digital marketing capabilities within Sitecore and best practices for customization.

• Experience with performance tuning, caching strategies, and infrastructure optimization.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments.

• Sitecore certifications preferred (Developer, Architect, or Digital Marketing).

• Familiarity with modern web technologies and frameworks is a plus.
