Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting SuccessFactors modules and integrating them with other SAP/non-SAP systems using BTP services. You will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable HR solutions that enhance employee experience and business efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.

• Experience of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) capabilities and integrations.

• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors DQM for data governance and cleansing.

• Experience with Address Validation tools and integration within SAP ecosystem.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management best practices.

Professional Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with at least 2–3 years in a lead/architect role.

• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, or Scala for data processing.

• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Talend, dbt, Airflow, etc.).

• Proficiency in cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, GCP BigQuery, Databricks, etc.).

• Experience with data modeling, data lakes, and data warehouses.

• Solid understanding of big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
