Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Data & Analytics Consultant to support our enterprise applications, data management, and reporting needs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar), combined with hands-on experience in data integration, analytics, and business intelligence. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize data models, dashboards, and reports that drive informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with business and IT teams to understand ERP data structures, workflows, and reporting requirements.

• Design and implement data integration pipelines between ERP and other enterprise systems.

• Develop data models, KPIs, dashboards, and reports using analytics and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, SAC, Qlik, etc.).

• Ensure data quality, governance, and security compliance across ERP data sources.

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) for reporting and analytics.

• Support ERP system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements from a data/analytics perspective.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

• Train business users and stakeholders in accessing and interpreting ERP reports and dashboards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERP data analytics with strategic objectives.

Professional Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in ERP systems with strong exposure to data and analytics.

• Proficiency in at least one ERP platform (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365).

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, ETL tools, and data modeling.

• Expertise with one or more BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlik, etc.).

• Knowledge of data governance, master data management (MDM), and data security best practices.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
