Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team onsite in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will be passionate about user-centered design and have experience crafting seamless digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into elegant, intuitive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process for web and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

• Develop wireframes, mock-ups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

• Collaborate with UI designers to ensure cohesive visual aesthetics.

• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.

• Analyze data and feedback to improve the overall user experience.

• Advocate for the user and champion usability and accessibility best practices.

Professional Skills:

• 3-6 years of experience in UX design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work (web & mobile).

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research methods, and accessibility guidelines

• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders and development teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
