Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP PS Consultant with strong expertise in Easy Cost Planning, Resource-Related Billing (RRB), and SAP SD integration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing project billing processes and ensuring seamless integration between SAP PS and SD modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver solutions around Easy Cost Planning, quotations, and billing processes within the SAP PS module.

• Implement and optimize Resource-Related Billing (RRB), including Dynamic Item Processor (DIP) profiles, cost collection, and mapping of project costs to billing items.

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure robust PS–SD integration for project data, costs, and billing document flows.

• Support order management and billing processes in the SAP SD module, ensuring alignment with project-based billing requirements.

• Manage relevant master data (materials, services, customers, projects) for accurate and consistent system operations.

• Develop and maintain custom and standard reports, including project billing reports and financial analysis.

• Apply knowledge of engineering contract management and industry best practices in the SAP environment.

Professional Skills:

• Experience in the construction services industry, with knowledge of milestone and Time & Materials (T&M) billing processes.

• Familiarity with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) integration and processes.
