Job Description:
Client is seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead complex global SAP projects in Carlsbad, CA office. The ideal candidate will have around 10-12 years of project management experience, including managing multiple global SAP implementations. A strong understanding of SAP functional modules is essential to effectively oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals

Coordinate across functional teams and stakeholders globally

Solid understanding of SAP functional modules (such as SD, MM, FI, etc.) to guide project delivery

Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies

Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams

Provide strategic direction and ensure adherence to SAP best practices
Professional Skills:

Approximately 10-12 years of experience as SAP Project Manager.

Proven track record managing multiple large-scale, global SAP implementations

Experience in the retail, sports goods, or AFS (Apparel & Footwear Solution) domains is a plus

PMP or equivalent project management certification

Experience working with distributed global teams

Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
