Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) lead to work alongside the offshore architect/lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC), ReactJS, REST APIs, and Cloud-based architectures. The candidate will lead onshore technical teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and drive digital commerce transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with onshore Architect/lead for the architecture, design, and development of Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) solutions.

• Collaborate with business teams to understand and translate eCommerce requirements into technical solutions.

• Oversee end-to-end OCC implementation, customization, and integrations with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, payment gateways, OMS, etc.).

• Optimize OCC performance, scalability, and security best practices.

• Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX designers, and DevOps, to ensure seamless implementation.

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for integrations with external applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

Professional Skills:

• 8+ years in eCommerce development, including 3+ years with Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC)

• Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, Knockout.js, ReactJS, and OCC frameworks

• Expertise in OCC Storefront, B2B/B2C, widgets, themes, extensions, and layout customization

• Skilled in HTML5, CSS, LESS, Bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX, JSON

• Hands-on experience with OCC integrations (ERP, CRM, PIM, payment gateways, analytics)

• Strong in RESTful APIs, microservices, OAuth, SSO, and eCommerce security best practices

• Familiar with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and cloud deployments

• Experience with multilingual, multi-site, and multi-currency implementations

• Proficient in tools like Postman, Webpack, Grunt, and Gulp

• Knowledge of headless commerce, React/Vue.js, and AI-driven personalization

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; Agile team experience

• OCC certification is a plus
