Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions across various projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP FICO modules, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact SAP solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PA, CO-PC)

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure SAP FICO accordingly

• Manage integrations with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS) and third-party systems

• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for production issues

• Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and user training

• Coordinate and perform testing (unit, integration, UAT) and facilitate go-live activities

• Lead or support the deployment of S/4HANA Finance transformations

• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers

• Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices

Professional Skills:

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations

• Strong knowledge of core FICO components: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO (CCA, PCA, IO, COPA, etc.)

• Deep understanding of financial accounting, controlling, and integration with other modules

• Proven experience with SAP configuration and functional design

• Solid understanding of business processes in finance and controlling

• Experience with S/4HANA (at least one implementation or migration project preferred)

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
