Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP SD solutions aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with configuring and supporting SD modules in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments, covering the full order-to-cash (O2C) cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize SAP SD modules (sales order processing, pricing, shipping, billing, credit management).

• Support integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP, WM).

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to the sales and distribution process.

• Translate business needs into technical specifications and SAP SD configurations.

• Participate in the design and development of end-to-end SAP SD solutions.

• Provide day-to-day SAP SD support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

• Manage change requests, enhancements, and bug fixes.

• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.

• Support unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, functional processes, and training materials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP MM, FI, ABAP, etc.).

• Act as a liaison between business users and the technical team.

• Support go-live activities and post-go-live stabilization.

Professional Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes: sales order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and credit management.

• Proficient in SAP SD configuration: sales document types, item categories, schedule lines, delivery types, billing types, pricing procedures.

• Expertise in managing master data: customer master, material master, customer-material info records, condition records.

• Working knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, User Exits, Enhancement Points, and ABAP debugging.

• Experience in Third-Party Sales, Intercompany Sales, Consignment Process, and Returns Management.

• Familiar with EDI configurations, e-invoicing, and electronic payments integration.
