Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our data and analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to uncover actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams to develop data-driven solutions to complex problems. The role requires proficiency in data mining, machine learning, statistical analysis, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from multiple sources

• Develop and apply machine learning models, predictive algorithms, and statistical analyses to support business objectives

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and correlations

• Communicate findings through data visualizations, reports, and presentations

• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments

• Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed models

• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions

• Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in data science and machine learning

Professional Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling

• Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost, or PyTorch

• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, linear regression, and classification techniques

• Experience with SQL and working knowledge of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Understanding of big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus

• Candidate should have overall 6+ years’ experience

• Candidate should have expertise in LLM training, langchain framework langchain framework, RAG framework, evaluation metrics, and related areas

• Candidate should have proficiency in natural language processing, machine learning algorithms,

• Candidate should have experience in azure AI services and data analytics would be highly advantageous.
