Job Description:

We are seeking a Lab Manager (IT/Software) to oversee the daily operations of our software and hardware testing lab. The ideal candidate will manage infrastructure, coordinate testing environments, support development teams, and ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of lab systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and experience managing IT lab resources in a dynamic software development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage lab infrastructure including servers, networking equipment, virtual machines, and test environments.
   
• Provision, configure, and maintain systems for development, testing, and demonstration purposes.
   
• Collaborate with software engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to support builds, tests, and deployments.
   
• Maintain inventory of lab assets including hardware, licenses, and tools.
   
• Enforce lab security protocols and ensure compliance with IT policies.
   
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support teams with environment setup.
   
• Develop and update documentation for lab usage, processes, and configurations.
   
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance.
   
• Monitor lab performance, availability, and capacity planning.
   
• Train team members on lab tools and best practices.
