Job Summary:
The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment of IT professionals for our US-based clients. This dynamic role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging with top-tier technical talent across various technologies and industries in the United States. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the US IT job market, diverse visa types and employment terms, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from understanding client requirements and sourcing candidates to offer negotiation, follow-up, and facilitating onboarding for US-based IT roles.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate effectively with US-based hiring managers and account managers to thoroughly understand technical job descriptions, client needs, and cultural fit.
- Strategic Sourcing: Proactively identify and source qualified IT candidates using a variety of robust sourcing channels, including:
- Premium US job boards (e.g., Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder).
- Professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
- Internal databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Social media platforms and professional forums.
- Referral networks and headhunting techniques.
US Specific Compliance & Terms:

- Thoroughly understand and verify US work authorizations (e.g., US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, TN, E3 visas).
- Possess strong knowledge of various US employment terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp – C2C) and their implications for candidates and clients.
- Stay updated on basic US labor laws, employment regulations, and tax implications relevant to IT staffing.
Required Skills

- 2+ years of proven experience as a US IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates for a wide range of IT roles (e.g., Software Developers/Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Analysts, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Network Engineers, QA Engineers).
- In-depth experience with US work authorizations (H1B, Green Card, TN, E3) and employment tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
