Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with strong knowledge of Merchant Acquiring or Embedded Finance. You’ll work closely with business and technical teams to design, document, and deliver payment products and digital banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and technical requirements.

• Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), process maps, and transaction flow diagrams.

• Work with engineering, QA, and UI/UX teams to deliver high-quality features.

• Ensure end-to-end accuracy in funding, settlement, and reconciliation processes.

• Participate in sprint planning, UAT, and release management.

• Track delivery milestones and report progress to stakeholders.

Professional Skills:

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager in banking or financial services.

• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and digital banking systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.

• Agile/Scrum or Business Analysis certification is a plus.
