Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Epicor Consultant to lead the implementation, customization, and support of Epicor ERP systems. This role requires deep expertise in Epicor (ideally Kinetic or ERP 10), a strong understanding of manufacturing or distribution processes, and the ability to lead projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. We have a potential demand for Epicor Web Order Entry experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Epicor ERP implementation and upgrade projects (e.g., Epicor Kinetic, ERP 10).

• Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to optimize performance through Epicor functionality.

• Customize and configure Epicor modules including but not limited to Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and CRM.

• Create and modify BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and SSRS reports to meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.

• Provide guidance and training to end-users and junior consultants.

• Develop and maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and process flows.

• Act as the subject matter expert for Epicor-related troubleshooting, maintenance, and support.

• Stay current on new Epicor features, modules, and best practices.

• Troubleshooting issues with Web Order Entry and identifying root cause for issues in new environment setup.

• Ability to coordinate with both onshore and offshore teams, including several different teams simultaneously to support setup on the new server.

• Experience in working with offshore teams.

• Ability to work independently on Epicor products.

Professional Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (preferably Epicor Kinetic or ERP 10).

• Proven track record of successful ERP implementations and upgrades.

• Strong knowledge of Epicor modules such as Financials, Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, and Production.

• Proficiency in Epicor tools (BAQ, BPM, EpiViews, EpiBindings, SSRS).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
