Job Description:
The Senior SharePoint, Power Platform, and Power Automate Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, administering, and supporting enterprise-level SharePoint solutions (on-premises and online) along with building automation workflows using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. This role will require expertise in Nintex, Microsoft SQL, and integration with Office 365 applications. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, provide Level 3+ support, conduct user training, and ensure optimal system performance, security, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain Microsoft SharePoint 2019, earlier versions, and SharePoint Online (Office 365).

Install, configure, and upgrade SharePoint platforms, integrate applications, and create document libraries.

Manage permissions, security, and access controls for SharePoint sites and libraries.

Develop custom web parts, components, and workflows using XML, .NET, SQL, C#, CSS, HTML, and Visual Studio.

Migrate content and solutions between SharePoint environments (on-premises and cloud).

Design and implement automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Nintex workflows.

Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

Streamline and optimize business processes through automation.

Ensure governance and avoid “Power Creep” by maintaining consistent standards across Power Platform solutions.

Integrate SharePoint with Office 365 tools like OneDrive and other enterprise applications.

Develop SSRS reports and database-driven solutions with DBA-level SQL skills.

Support and maintain reporting solutions for stakeholders.

Provide Level 3+ technical support for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.

Conduct 1-hour training sessions for end users and stakeholders.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex SharePoint or workflow-related issues.

Monitor system health, performance, and storage utilization; perform clean-ups and archival.

Ensure regular backups and data recovery procedures are in place.

Keep current with SharePoint and Power Platform updates, applying upgrades when needed.
Professional Skills:

5+ years of SharePoint administration and development experience.
-
3+ years of experience in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Nintex workflows.

Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, XML, HTML, CSS, Visual Studio, SQL Server, SSRS, and PowerShell.

Strong knowledge of SharePoint tools (ULS logs, workflows, forms) and migration strategies.

Working knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and Office 365 suite.

Familiarity with accessibility features in SharePoint Online and earlier versions.
