Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, capable of translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions. This role will play a critical part in shaping our ServiceNow strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of transformative digital workflows.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of scalable, enterprise-aligned ServiceNow solutions.

  • Establish and enforce architectural best practices and governance.

  • Translate business needs into technical blueprints and scalable designs.

  • Act as a subject matter expert across core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, SPM/PPM, App Engine, and CMDB/CSDM.

  • Ensure effective integration and optimization of platform capabilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of ServiceNow projects.

  • Guide cross-functional teams through implementation and integrations.

  • Ensure delivery of secure, high-quality, and scalable solutions.

  • Define development standards, perform code reviews, and maintain documentation.

  • Manage platform roadmaps, upgrades, and release cycles to ensure sustainability.

  • Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to align solutions with business goals.

  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.

  • Evaluate and adopt new ServiceNow capabilities to enhance platform value.

  • Lead PoCs and innovation initiatives to optimize workflows and solutions.

  • Design and manage API-based integrations with third-party systems.

  • Implement automation using Flow Designer and Integration Hub to streamline processes.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in an architect or senior technical lead role.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow architecture, including CMDBn, Workflows, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal.

  • Expertise across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.)

  • Proficiency in JavaScript (client and server side), Glide APIs, Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs.

  • Experience with custom application development using App Engine.

  • Integration Expertise REST and SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Integration Hub (Spokes and custom integrations).

  • Data import/export strategies (via Transform Maps, Data Sources).

  • Enterprise Solution Design designing scalable, and secure ServiceNow solutions.

  • Building solutions that align with enterprise architecture principles.
