Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior SAP Central Finance (cFIN) Consultant to lead and deliver end-to-end implementations and support of SAP S/4HANA Central Finance solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in financial processes, system integration, and SAP architecture with a strong focus on SAP cFIN. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver best-in-class financial transformation projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Central Finance (cFIN) solutions.

• Drive requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional design.

• Map source systems (ECC or S/4HANA) to Central Finance system and manage SLT, AIF, MDG integrations.

• Collaborate with business process owners and stakeholders to ensure proper system functionality and alignment.

• Provide subject matter expertise and advisory on SAP Finance processes and cFIN best practices.

• Coordinate and guide data replication, error handling, and reconciliation procedures.

• Oversee testing, training, go-live and post-go-live support.

• Support project management with planning, timeline estimation, and resource coordination.

• Stay updated on new SAP features, tools, and innovations in the cFIN space.

Professional Skills:

• 12+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO), with at least 3 years in SAP Central Finance (cFIN).

• Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end cFIN implementation.

• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Finance architecture, AIF (Application Interface Framework), SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation), and MDG (Master Data Governance).

• Experience with source systems integration (ECC, S/4), Central Payments, and error handling frameworks.

• Deep understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, and shared services concepts.

• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile project delivery.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
