Job Description:
Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in financial systems and project delivery in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex finance-related IT projects across their full lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with quality standards. Experience in the insurance sector is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:

Define scope, goals, deliverables, resource requirements, timeline, and budget.

Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful delivery of all phases.

Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Liaise with sponsors, business users, and senior leadership to manage expectations and requirements.

Maintain regular updates on status, risks, and deliverables across stakeholders.

Manage personnel, tools, and other assets effectively to meet project needs.

Ensure all project deliverables meet high standards through rigorous testing and reviews.

Handle scope, timeline, and cost adjustments with documented approvals.

Manage final deliverables, transition plans, and documentation for project closeout.
Professional Skills:

10+ years of experience in IT Project Management

Strong experience managing Finance Systems projects

Experience delivering at least 5 full project lifecycles (preferably in large/multinational organizations)

Proficient in Waterfall and Agile methodologies

Expertise in project planning tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent

Prior experience in insurance or financial services domains preferred
