Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in API Management (preferably Kong) and infrastructure to join our dynamic team. This role requires someone with a go-getter attitude, capable of effectively communicating with leadership, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to complex technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment and should have a solid understanding  of Agile frameworks and technical project delivery. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams delivering infrastructure and API-related solutions.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Ensure delivery teams are focused, productive, and aligned with sprint goals.

• Manage and remove impediments to progress.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and leadership, ensuring clear communication of objectives, progress, and risks.

• Track and report on team performance metrics and sprint outcomes.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams.

Professional Skills:

• Proven experience with API Management, preferably with Kong.

• Experience with alternative API management platforms such as Azure APIM, AWS API Gateway, or Apigee is a strong plus.

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure and system-level project work.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when interacting with leadership.

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proactive, driven, and self-motivated individual with a strong team-oriented mindset.

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and migration projects is an advantage.

• Experience with cloud platforms, migration projects, and alternative alternative API management tools (such as Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway, or Apigee) will be considered a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project management platforms.
