Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SD Test Manager / Led to drive test planning, execution, and coordination for SAP SD modules across implementation, upgrade, or rollout projects. This role requires strong domain expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution, proven experience in leading QA teams, and a deep understanding of test lifecycle management in SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting for SAP SD projects (implementation, upgrades, rollouts).

• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

• Coordinate and manage test teams (onshore/offshore), ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.

• Manage different test phases: Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and traceability matrices

• Oversee defect management process, ensure timely resolution and tracking

• Work closely with Project Managers, SAP Functional Teams, and Business Stakeholders

• Ensure integration testing across modules (MM, FI, WM, etc.) and external interfaces

• Leverage test management tools such as HP ALM, Jira, Solution Manager, or Tricentis Tosca

• Ensure compliance with QA processes and document test results for audit readiness

• Provide regular test status updates and risk assessments to project leadership.

Professional Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP SD Testing, with at least 2–3 full lifecycle SAP implementations

• 2+ years in a Test Manager or Test Lead role.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD processes: order-to-cash, pricing, shipping, billing, returns, credit management.

• Strong expertise in test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, Solution Manager, Tosca)

• Familiarity with SAP integration to MM, FI, and third-party systems.

• Experience coordinating UAT with business users.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

• Ability to manage multiple testing streams in parallel and ensure quality deliverables.
