Job Description:

Client is seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead complex global SAP projects in Carlsbad, CA office. The ideal candidate will have around 10-12 years of project management experience, including managing multiple global SAP implementations. A strong understanding of SAP functional modules is essential to effectively oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals

• Coordinate across functional teams and stakeholders globally

• Solid understanding of SAP functional modules (such as SD, MM, FI, etc.) to guide project delivery

• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies

• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams

• Provide strategic direction and ensure adherence to SAP best practices

Professional Skills:

• Approximately 10-12 years of experience as SAP Project Manager.

• Proven track record managing multiple large-scale, global SAP implementations

• Experience in the retail, sports goods, or AFS (Apparel & Footwear Solution) domains is a plus

• PMP or equivalent project management certification

• Experience working with distributed global teams

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
