Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Lead to spearhead EWM implementations and support activities across our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP EWM, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex warehouse management projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations and support engagements.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Configure SAP EWM modules, including Inbound/Outbound processes, Warehouse Structure, RF Framework, Labor Management, and Warehouse Monitoring.

• Integrate SAP EWM with ECC/S4HANA and other external systems (e.g., Material Handling Equipment, 3PL).

• Manage and mentor junior consultants and offshore teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, supply chain, and IT.

• Conduct system testing, training, and go-live support.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.

• Drive continuous improvements and innovation in warehouse processes using SAP capabilities.

Professional Skills:

• 15+ years of SAP experience, with 5+ years in SAP EWM.

• At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP EWM as a Lead Consultant.

• Strong configuration and design experience in EWM standalone and embedded in S/4HANA.

• Experience with RF, Yard Management, Cross-Docking, VAS, Kitting, Slotting, and Labor Management.

• Understanding of integration with TM, MM, SD, and PP modules.

• Familiarity with Decentralized EWM, IDOCs, and Middleware (PI/PO/CPI).

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
