Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Developer (3-8 years experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Developer with 3-8 years of experience to join our team. This role is for a highly skilled professional who excels at both development and consulting. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Lightning Web Components (LWC), a master of integrations, and have a deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex, scalable solutions while also acting as a trusted advisor to our clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
Serve as a technical consultant, working with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and propose effective solutions within the Sales and Service Clouds.
Lead the design and execution of complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., Mulesoft), and other integration patterns.
Utilize and optimize declarative tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules to automate business processes.
Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain high standards for code quality and security.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new technologies to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-8 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Proven expertise in developing with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and a strong understanding of the Lightning Component Framework.
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Extensive experience with integrations, including knowledge of various APIs and integration patterns.
Proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, test classes) and SOQL/SOSL.
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and security models.
Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is highly preferred; Platform Developer I is a must-have.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
