Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Salesforce CPQ and a strong understanding of sales processes, product configuration, pricing strategies, and quoting workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Configure product bundles, pricing rules, discounting, and approval processes.

• Customize CPQ functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools.

• Integrate Salesforce CPQ with ERP, billing systems, and other enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and IT to gather requirements and optimize quoting processes.

• Maintain and enhance CPQ data models, rules, workflows, and custom code.

• Provide technical support, troubleshoot CPQ issues, and implement fixes as needed.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and user training materials.

• Ensure CPQ solutions comply with Salesforce best practices and data security policies.

• Participate in Agile development cycles and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

• Perform team code reviews to ensure adherence to established development standards.

• Ensure all solutions are developed using secure, scalable, and maintainable code.

• Configure and customize the Salesforce.com platform, focusing on CPQ functionality.

• Support the development and management of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Professional Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including 2+ years specifically with Salesforce CPQ.

• Strong knowledge of CPQ concepts including product configuration, price rules, quote templates, and approvals.

• Proficient in Salesforce Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations via APIs and middleware tools.

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification strongly preferred.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
