Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)—Digital Services
About the Role:
Are you passionate about technology and driving new business? As an SDR at Tachyon, you’ll generate and qualify leads across SAP (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors), Salesforce, Data & Analytics platforms (Databricks), Intelligent Automation (UiPath, Signavio, SAP BTP), QA & Testing, and other digital transformation services. You’ll engage prospects, schedule discovery calls, and help grow our sales pipeline in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and qualify leads for SAP, Salesforce and a broad range of digital services.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and campaigns to generate opportunities.
- Research accounts, industries, and decision-makers to create tailored messaging.
- Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to the field sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Stay current on SAP, Salesforce, Analytics, Intelligent Automation, QA & Testing, and digital transformation trends.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–5 years in sales development, inside sales, or a similar role in IT services or enterprise software.
- Strong communication skills—verbal and written.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Bonus: Experience prospecting SAP, Salesforce, Analytics, Automation, or QA & Testing solutions.
