Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Remedy Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing, customizing, and supporting applications on the BMC Remedy ITSM platform. The candidate will work closely with business analysts and IT service management teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that support ITSM processes and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations and enhancements within the BMC Remedy AR System and ITSM Suite.

• Maintain and improve existing Remedy applications, including workflows, forms, and integrations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Implement custom applications or modules within the Remedy environment as needed.

• Provide support and troubleshooting for Remedy-related issues and incidents.

• Ensure system compliance with enterprise security standards and ITSM best practices.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

• Support upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of Remedy systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience with BMC Remedy AR System development.

• Strong knowledge of Remedy workflow design, Active Links, Filters, Escalations, Forms, and Web Services.

• Experience with Remedy ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Service Request Management.

• Proficiency in AR System programming language, JavaScript, and SQL.

• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and Remedy integration techniques.

• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM principles.
