Job Description:
Responsible for extracting, transforming, and preparing HR data from PeopleSoft HCM for migration as part of an HCM transformation initiative. The role requires strong expertise in PeopleSoft data structures, HR modules, and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness throughout the migration lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze PeopleSoft HCM data architecture, including tables, records, and components.

Design and implement data extraction scripts using SQL, PS Query, and SQR.

Perform data cleansing, normalization, and validation to ensure migration readiness.

Document detailed data mapping, transformation logic, and migration procedures.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve data-related issues.

Support data validation and reconciliation activities post-migration.
Professional Skills:

Strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits.

Expertise in SQL, PS Query, SQR, and PeopleTools.
