Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Consultant to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of PeopleSoft enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM, and possess expertise in configuration, customization, and troubleshooting within the PeopleTools framework. This role may involve working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, develop technical solutions, and support upgrade or integration efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective PeopleSoft solutions

Design, develop, test, and implement configurations and customizations using PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, etc.)

Support PeopleSoft modules such as HCM (HR, Payroll, Benefits), FSCM (GL, AP, AR), or Campus Solutions

Perform system upgrades and manage PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) activities

Develop and maintain reports using PeopleSoft Query, SQR, BI Publisher, or nVision
-
Manage data integrations using Integration Broker, REST/SOAP Web Services, or other middleware

Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes and system usability

Troubleshoot system issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes

Prepare documentation and support end-user training and UAT.

Resource will have a minimum of 10 years development experience as PeopleSoft Systems/ Developer analyst using an Oracle database.

The consultant will have strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 modules including HR, North American Payroll, Base Benefits and Compensation modules. Experience with applications such as employee self-service (ePay, eProfile, eBen) is also necessary.
