Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) to support full lifecycle implementations, configurations, and ongoing optimizations. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Manhattan Order Management Systems (OMS), including Distributed Order Management (DOM), inventory management, and fulfillment optimization strategies in cloud-based environments. Strong client interaction, solution design, and end-to-end system execution capabilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end implementations and Go-Live activities for Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) Cloud solutions.

• Configure, validate, and optimize order workflows including Order Configuration, Available to Commerce, Allocation, Release, Fulfillment Optimization, and Fulfillment Outage strategies.

• Customize MAO to support modules such as Inventory as a Service, Promise Date, Third-Party Logistics, Ship-from-Store, and Same-Day Delivery.

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, develop High-Level Designs (HLDs), and create technical and functional specifications.

• Configure Manhattan Customer Service Screens and ensure seamless order management processes.

• Support Inventory Hub module configurations and validations within MAO.

• Develop and execute cutover strategies and migration plans for transitioning to new MAO environments.

• Partner with cross-functional teams including WMS, TMS, and Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure end-to-end system integration and process alignment.

• Provide ongoing post-Go-Live support, system enhancements, and performance tuning.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and provide production support as needed.

• Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans, strategies, and validation processes for MAO modules and system integrations.

• Engage in client management and communication to ensure smooth project delivery and issue resolution.

Professional Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of techno-functional experience with Manhattan Active Omni Cloud.

• Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan Distributed Order Management (DOM) and Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI).

• Proven track record of multiple full-cycle MAO implementations.

• Expertise in Manhattan Active Omni order and inventory modules.

• Familiarity with cutover strategies and execution.

• Understanding of supply chain processes, retail operations, WMS, TMS, and inventory management.

• Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop system configurations.

• Strong client-facing, communication, and documentation skills.

• Proficient in testing methodologies for system and integration testing.

• Experience with retail, supply chain, or logistics industries is highly preferred.
