Job Description
Job Purpose: The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs across all departments at Tachyon Technologies. This role aims to enhance employee skills, ensure compliance with industry standards, and foster a culture of continuous learning. The manager will work closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs that support organizational goals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Program Development (40%): Create and implement training programs for Finance, HR, Sales, Inside Sales, Talent Acquisition and Technical Consultants.
- Needs Assessment (20%): Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and gaps within departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Training Delivery (20%): Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, utilizing various instructional methods and technologies.
- Certification Management (10%): Oversee the certification process for employees in relevant technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, AI, Data Analytics, and Databricks.
- Performance Evaluation (10%): Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing training programs in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and assess training effectiveness.
- Familiarity with technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, AI, Data Analytics, and Databricks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a technology-driven environment.
- Previous experience in managing training for fresh graduates.
- Knowledge of current trends in Learning and Development.
