Job Description:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer/Dev Lead with 6–8 years of experience to design, build, and deliver scalable applications in the healthcare industry. This role is highly hands-on, with a focus on .NET, C#, and Blazor Framework, and requires strong problem-solving, collaboration, and Agile execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using .NET, C#, MAUI and Blazor.

• Finalize technical designs and ensure solutions align with business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, map processes, and deliver solutions.

• Build integrations with healthcare systems, leveraging TCI and related technologies.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives).

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Assist with application troubleshooting, performance optimization, and debugging.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and data security practices.

Professional Skills:

• 6–8 years of software development experience, with expertise in .NET and C#.

• Strong experience with the Blazor Framework.

• Hands-on experience with Agile software development.

• Knowledge of process mapping and technical documentation.

• Strong collaboration skills to work across business and technical teams.

• Prior experience in healthcare applications or systems.
