Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Health Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable cloud-based healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in healthcare technologies, cloud platforms, and regulatory compliance, and will be responsible for architecting digital health systems that enhance care delivery, patient engagement, and interoperability. The role involves close collaboration with clinical, technical, and compliance teams to ensure the platform meets the business and regulatory needs of healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise-level architectures using Salesforce Health Cloud, Azure for Healthcare, or AWS HealthLake.

• Lead solution architecture for patient engagement, care coordination, provider relationship management, and population health.

• Integrate cloud platforms with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) using FHIR, HL7, and custom APIs.

• Ensure architectural alignment with HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR, and other relevant healthcare regulations.

• Define and implement security frameworks to manage Protected Health Information (PHI).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate clinical/business requirements into scalable cloud solutions.

• Provide technical leadership in solution reviews, design governance, and roadmap planning

• Build data models and workflows that enable patient 360 views, predictive analytics, and real-time alerts.

• Participate in RFP responses, solution demos, and client presentations as a subject matter expert (SME).

Professional Skills:

• Expert knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, or experience in healthcare offerings on Azure or AWS

• Strong understanding of FHIR, HL7, DICOM, CCD/CCDA, and EHR/EMR integration

• Proficient in cloud architecture patterns, microservices, API design, and middleware solutions

• Experience with identity and access management (IAM), data encryption, and auditing

• Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)

• Familiarity with healthcare data analytics tools like Power BI, Salesforce Einstein, or Tableau
